Programs: Parkland College Assistance Program

    The Regional Office of Education for Champaign and Ford Counties has had the good fortune of participating with Parkland College on many worthwhile and productive projects. The Regional Office of Education and Parkland College have participated together in the following programs:

  • Vocational Information Program
  • Rantoul Area Education Program
  • Summer College for Kids Program
  • General Education Development Test
  • In-Service Programs
  • County wide Vocational Education Advisory Council
  • Project READ Adult Literacy Volunteer Program
  • Parkland College Satellite site for classes in Rantoul.
  • The first site of Parkland interactive Teleclasses, through an audio and visual connection to Parkland campus.

    Parkland College has provided invaluable assistance to the Regional Office of Education in terms of personnel, equipment, classroom usage, computer line, expertise and professionalism.
