Helpful Information for Substitutes
Congratulations! You have received your Substitute Authorization packet from the Champaign-Ford Regional Office of Education #9. Below you will find information that has been gathered from Substitute Coordinators regarding the best way to be added to the Substitute List in their district. This list only includes information that has been provided to our office. It does not include all school districts in the area and the information is subject to change at any time. For a full list of school districts in our area, please refer to the Schools tab on the website. In addition to your Substitute Authorization packet districts will need an official copy of your college transcripts.
Mahomet – Seymour Community Unit School District #3
You can download paperwork from the website. http://mscusd.org

Champaign Community Unit School District #4
Visit the district website to apply.
Gibson City – Melvin – Sibley Community Unit School District #5
Please visit the Unit Office. Bring your Substitute Authorization from ROE #9 with you. They will give you paperwork to complete for their district.
Tolono - Community Unit School District #7
Bring your Substitute Authorization packet that you have received from ROE #9 to the Central Office. At the Central Office, Deanna Wheeler will provide you with paperwork to complete for the district.
Paxton – Buckley – Loda Community Unit School District #10
Bring your Substitute Authorization packet that you have received from ROE #9 to the Unit Office. They will make a copy to keep on file and will give you payroll paperwork to complete. After you have completed their paperwork you will be added to the Sub list.

Thomasboro Community Consolidated School District #130
Contact the District/School and speak to Jennifer Bohlmann in HR.
Rantoul City School District #137
Questions can be directed to Lynda Watterson or Christy Deer at 217-893-5451.
St. Joseph Community Consolidated School District #169
Once you have your Substitute Authorization from ROE #9, take a copy to them. They have a one-page application to fill out.
Gifford Community Consolidated School District #188
Contact the office at 217-568-7733 and April McCabe, Principal, will provide you with information.
Prairieview-Ogden Community Consolidated School District #197
Once you have received your Substitute Authorization packet from ROE #9. Contact Lisa at 217-582-2725 to be added to the Sub list.
St. Joseph – Ogden Community High School District #305
Contact the Principal’s office. They will provide you with a packet that will give you information and will have paperwork for you to fill out.
Carle Auditory Oral School
Candidates should go through their website and follow the link to the application through Human Resources.
